Within a year of completing my degree in Visual Communication Design from Cedarville University, I began my career in design and marketing. Hired by TANDEMKROSS in September 2019, I was promoted from Graphic Designer to Marketing Associate in under a year. In 2021, I was promoted to Marketing Manager and again to Sales and Marketing Manager in 2023.

As Sales and Marketing Manager, I have been responsible for directing the sales and marketing teams by formulating strategies, determining prices, setting special promotions and sales, maintaining customer satisfaction, and pursuing sales and marketing opportunities. Over the course of my career, I have additionally traveled domestically and internationally to attend industry events and have assisted in defining product viability and requirements as well as evaluate market needs during the development of multiple products.

Starting as a Graphic Designer and ascending to the leadership position of Sales and Marketing Manager in less than four years has afforded me many opportunities and experiences. My responsibilities began with creating design solutions such as product packaging, company literature, and web graphics. I have since graduated beyond my initial role to now define the specifications for such creative projects that realise the strategies I construct to aid the company meet its overall business goals.
